Martin Itzkow, FRSA

 

Martin Itzkow has a diverse career background in working in the human service sector, government, and as a private executive coach and organizational development consultant locally, nationally, and internationally. Martin has an active organizational transformation and executive leadership coaching practice and is the Founding CEO of the Coalition of Manitoba Cultural Communities for Families Inc. He has facilitated over three hundred and fifty consulting and coaching assignments related to leadership organizational leadership.

Martin was the Director of Immigration Policy and Planning for the Province of Manitoba, seconded to Canada Immigration, and was a senior member of the Canada-Manitoba Immigration agreement negotiating team between 1993-1996, who negotiated and developed the Provincial Nominee Program and the Canada-Manitoba Immigration. He is a founder of many community-based organizations in Canada, for example, the Manitoba Federation of Non-Profit Organizations, co-creator of the Canadian Muslim Leadership Institute, and founding Executive Director of Leadership Winnipeg.

Martin is a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (U.K.), a Barrett Model Value’s Certified Consultant (U.K.), an Associate of the Compassionate Education Foundation (CoED) (U.K.), an ICF member, and a certified “DEEP CHANGE” Spiritual Intelligence coach and consultant. Recently, he has focused his work in Applied Neuroscience in his executive leadership coaching practice. He is an active member of many international change networks, including North American Bildung and the Wisdom of Hardship initiative. Martin had been on Winnipeg CBC Information Radio as their Values Journalist.
